Villa Amistad is a 3 bedroom contemporary home in a peaceful location in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca.  The villa is just a 15 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca’s town centre.  It is also within walking distance or a 5 minute drive of the beautiful Marina Rubicon, with its many relaxing waterside bars and restaurants.  The villa is spacious and bright with stylish furnishings throughout.  Due to the depth and nature of the pool, we are offering the villa to families with children of teenage age - but please contact us with any queries. 
 

Swimming pool, garden and BBQ area
The garden boasts a larger than average 12 metre private heated swimming pool, with comfortable sun loungers to relax on, as well as a chill out area with chairs and beanbags.  A large dining table and sofas sit under the lovely shade of a pergola on the patio and there is also a BBQ area - plenty of opportunity for alfresco dining!

Entrance
The villa is accessed by a pedestrian gate.  A covered porch leads to the front door opening into the hallway.  There is also a large driveway with electric gates, ideal for one or more cars.

Living area and kitchen 
The open plan living space features a bright and well equipped contemporary kitchen and spacious lounge area, with a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV with full UK satellite package and catch up features.  The lounge is stylishly decorated and has a really nice, homely feel.  Double doors open onto the patio area with outdoor sofas and chairs. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms 
The light and airy master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and double doors opening out to the alfresco dining area.  It also has an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and large rainfall shower.  
The second bedroom also features a king size bed and a window to the front of the property (perfect for catching the sunrise over the mountains!).  The adjacent bathroom has a large walk in rainfall shower.  
Bedroom 3 has a small double bed.  Our newest addition to the villa is a lovely ensuite bathroom to the third bedroom, with a bath to relax in as well as a shower and dressing table.
Both the double rooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage and bedroom 3 features a contemporary rail and shelving. 

WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge and a full UK Satellite TV package are all included.
